Our journey began in 2021 with the creation of our first street food brand, Etsi ki Etsi, born from our deep love for Greek culture and cuisine cultivated during our time spent immersing ourselves in the vibrant food scene of Greece.

Driven by our passion for sharing the flavours and traditions of Greece but also our deep love for seasonal cooking, we embarked on the next phase of our culinary adventure by launching Cotswolds Pop-Ups in 2023. Serving as the umbrella brand encompassing Etsi ki Etsi and a diverse range of non-Greek events, Cotswolds Pop Ups is dedicated to curating unforgettable dining experiences for all.

In our commitment to excellence, we recently relocated our prep kitchen to Quedgeley, ensuring ample space to accommodate even the largest events while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
